Tuesday, April 26, 2011. This year was our 2nd year going to the tulip festival in Woodburn Oregon. About 45 minutes South of Portland. We were starting to forget how beautiful Oregon can be, with all the rainfall we've been having. We went on Saturday the 23rd of April (camera date is wrong), and had a great time. We took some family pictures and simply had a great time as a family. Here are some pictures to prove it. An awesome dad carrying two tired kids who refused to walk. Links to this post. It's g...

La Familia Anderson: September in a nutshell
http://ruthandjordan.blogspot.com/2011/10/september-in-nutshell.html
Sunday, October 16, 2011. September in a nutshell. Doing a cutting exercise. Massey and a super nice Asian boy were the only ones that could cut straight lines. Jordan and I thought this was very interesting and worth mentioning.:). At the Oregon State Fair.their logo was "Too BIG to miss", so we had to go! The kids and us loved it. This was hilarious, they actually had a booth where you paid to find out if you were going to go to heaven. We didn't try it. And Rebeca ate them all. Rebeca's best friend Dia.

http://mama-kate.blogspot.com/2011/01/baby-its-cold-outside-and.html
Joys of Motherhood and Breastfeeding, Sprinkled with Random Blonde Moments. Saturday, January 22, 2011. Baby It's Cold Outside. And? Enjoy making snowballs or snowmen. I know. I can't believe I admitted that as a mama of two young kids! Love the romance of building a snowman, but really it seems as though the snow conditions are never exactly right. The snow is either too fluffy or too icy- like my technical meteorology lingo? Well snow or no snow, right now it's just plan FRIGID! How do you and your fam...

http://gronemanbunch.blogspot.com/2011/10/book-review-8-complete-guide-to-flower.html
Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Book Review #8: Complete Guide to Flower Gardening. Okay, I know, I know, I have a LONG way to go (and it'll take a miracle! To reach my goal of reading 25 books by the end of the year. Here's my most recent read. I have to admit I didn't read every page, as the last half of the book is more of a reference with lots of different flower names and info about them, but I have spent enough time in this book for it to count as reading it completely. CAMP NANA: March 2013
http://campnana.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 9, 2013. Fun With Bricks is a memory quilt I made for my niece. The idea started with a collection of bandana handkerchiefs that were her father's "trademark" of sorts. His passion in life was the outdoors. His occupation was landscaper. The bandanas were a necessity because all his life he suffered from a myriad of allergies. She sent along a few other pieces she had collected (6 total elements) and asked "will you make me a quilt.". 1 fishing related fabrics. 4 A heart motif. I make stu...
