Friday, March 16, 2007. January 28, Sunday. Lunch was great. The kids and Phil had Belgian waffles, which were fabulous. Jacob had a second order. I had an all fruit smoothie. The kids also ordered hot chocolate, but it was dark and rich cocoa and they didn’t like it. I did. The food was okay, although the veggie wrap I ordered was really lousy. A few bits of tomato, cucumber, onion, cheese and a piece of lettuce. Not very appetizing. The service was really slow also. Posted by lisa at 11:07 PM.

Friday, March 16, 2007. January 31, Wednesday. We drove up to Roswell today. The kids saw some tumbleweeds blowing across the road. For some reason, I had expected this little hick town, but it actually has a population close to 50,000. It’s the fourth largest city in New Mexico.
