Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Happy 4th of July! The flag cake turned out so cute. It was a big hit, and I got a lot of compliments. Slightly lopsided, but really fun and it tasted yummy! I used this guide, from 17 and Baking. You then cut all layers in half horizontally, EXCEPT the blue layer. Cut a 4" round circle out of the blue layer. Cut another 4" circle out of one of the red half's, and one of the white half's. This cake frazzled my brain a bit, but if I can do it, you can do it! REAL butter is best).

Sunday, May 31, 2009. My First Quilting Class. I attended my first quilting class yesterday afternoon. and I had a great time! I learned a few new terms and how to "properly" square up my fabrics. :). The quilt is a simple rail type pattern, here is a preview of the fabrics I chose:. Cribbio, non pensavo così tanto.) non ho avuto tempo di dedicarmi a Gangsta, che è rimasto appeso al 9 capitolo. Non disperate, prima o poi riuscirò a terminare anche il 10 capitolo. Quasi non mi sembra vero, ma ho finito la traduzione del capitolo 10.
