Wine improves with age, the older I get the better I like it. The secret of enjoying a good wine, open it and let it breath, if it does not look like its breathing give it mouth to mouth. Wine a little makes you feel better. Life is too short to drink a bad wine. I cook with wine and sometimes I even add it to the food.

Just prior to the CHOGM event when Prince Charles and the Prime Minister of the uk , along with all Commonwealth leaders were set to visit Sri Lanka the Queen was on the move again , but firstly needed a spruce up. In twenty years ive see the city bombs , Ive built the Tsunami village , Ive employed over six hundred Sri Lankan’s , built three homes and converted thousands to the more health aspect of drinking wine . So what makes me proud about Sri Lanka. X its peoples tenacity against all the odds. X Sri Lankan’s are emotional [ i like emotional people ] unlike their neighbors in India who substitute emotion with rationality . X its an island of immense beauty and culture.
