Thursday, 25 February 2010. Well today was pretty boring not much to write home about i was told yet again how bad my strategy lines were but i would choose to push bamboo splinters up my nailbeds because it would be less painful and there would be no critisism. davidToddTM: March 2010

Tuesday, 9 March 2010. Thoughts on Recent Work. The W K campaign for Coca-Cola “open happiness” is an example of a strong strategy. In this campaign an insight is used, the insight used is ‘opening a fresh bottle of Coke leads to you becoming happier.’ The insight is complex however the writer has condensed the insight into a clear and concise methodology which can be used openly in future ads to keep consistency. Advertising by Marc: Art Direction & Copywriting

I have came to the conclusion that I am an art director! After completing a project where I had to create one visual based campaign and one copy based, i found that copywriting wasn't for me. As I was doing the project I realised that when doing the same campaign but in a different format, the visual was, by far, more appealing.
