Tuesday, August 23, 2011. The uprising in Libya. Got more of a nudge from Western powers, but it was still started by the same revolt against tyranny that led to regime change in Egypt. We don't know yet what the outcome will be, but we can be hopeful that Libyans will be able to enjoy a stable, representative government.
