White River Landing first started out as a deli shop called Ally Oops. Which first opened 7 years ago. Panini's, soups and salad were the only things sold there. These choices were inspired from the managers' recent trip to Europe, France to be exact. But the managers, Mike and Marcia Thompson, wanted more. So the two decided to expand their deli into a restaurant, purchasing the two stores located next door, to become the White River Landing.

At White River Retrievers we raise AKC registered English Labs and provide waterfowl training to all retrievers. WRL is located on 5 acres on the White River in Newaygo County, Michigan.
