Summer 2012 {part 1}. This year has flown by at a crazy.insane.make it stop kinda pace. My babies are growing up right before my eyes. And I don't like it. So here it goes. In no particular order. We went to Busch Gardens the beginning of August. It was SO MUCH FUN! Noah loved the water. He had a blast at the sprayground and LOVED the observation deck at the water log ride. After our super fun day at Busch Gardens we decided to head just a little farther east and hit the beach. Why did we wait 2 years to go? I don't know. These kids LOVED it. Myles and Noah have never seen the ocean and they had such a great time. We all spent hours playing in the water and digging in the sand. So fun. The boys @ the beach. He loved the feel of the sand. So much fun drawing in the sand. Seriously. How cute is this? Pretty much the luckiest mom ever. Maybe some more sunscreen next time?

Seth, Jacque, and Asher Decker. Sunday, January 24, 2010. Today we took another walk in Hobble Creek Canyon. It was a little colder this time and there was a lot more snow on the trail. The snow was actually better to walk in this time because last time there were a lot of icy patches that we had to watch for. Walking through snow also gave my legs a better workout : ). I will start with June. This year I was so blessed to be able to homeschool Myles. He just completed Kindergarten! He did amazing and I am so proud of him and all he has accomplished. He receives ABA therapy four times a week and it can sometimes be pretty intense around here but he has grown leaps and bounds. I am really excited for next year :). We made an awesome Summer To Do List as this will probably be our last summer in the DC area. Lots of fun planned. Bummer about the little guys leg.

Christmas morning. This is what it is all about. We work and work for months all so this one hour comes together. It was worth it. Every second. This could be it's own post but these pictures make my heart so happy. This little five year old is a pure believer in the magic of Christmas. One of his friends told him there was no such thing as Santa. Can you even imagine? We launched it and it went so high. All the way to the sky. This my friends is what pure joy looks like. Gifts were wrapped and delivered.
