Tuesday, July 1, 2008. While waiting for the South Shore train this morning on my way to work, there was a piece of wrapping paper tumbling around the parking lot. What really made it stand out was the fact that it was Christmas paper - a snowman motif on a blue background. Trash around that station isn't unusual, but I had to wonder where this scrap came from - someone cleaning out their car or home? I'll never know, but I did pick it up and stuff it into my backpack.
