Water, science and adventures. At the Starting Line. November 7, 2012. My experiment has taken shape at last! It feels great to be finally running trials. There is a surprising dearth of material about abalone flight response, except for my anchor paper, so I’ve been a little nervous about getting this to work. Fortunately, I ran my first pilot test yesterday, and it worked fine. The test track, looking from the start to the finish. Notice the black plastic liner and the water inflow at the far end.
