Thursday, February 5, 2009. To answer some comments. Yes making the bread is a. Difficult but once you get the hang of it, its easy and pretty quick. From start to finish it takes a little over an hour which is really good with the mixing, kneading, rising, and baking. My bread maker alone takes 4 hours. Whole Wheat Bread (makes 4 9 in. loaves). 4 C water (room temp). 1 C water and ¾ C. honey (microwave for 45 sec ands and stir). 188; C. canola oil. 2 ½ T. instant yeast. 12 C white wheat flour (ground)?
