I too am on a getting-in-shape kick! Ive heard that 70% of getting in shape is what you eat- so I use this app called Lose It! It helps me account for everything Ive eaten. Because I've been paying attention to what I'm putting in my mouth and having to write it down for Seth to see, I've lost an inch and a half off my waist in 2 and a half weeks! And I haven't even really begun exercising yet. I'm doing a lot better with my eating. Hooray! But happily, I did not eat. Watch this video for a disturbing laugh. It still took me several minutes to recover and then I was fine. I'm actually kind of embarrassed about it. I feel like I should be able to handle anything, and I couldn't handle this simple stretch.
