Ben told me a few days ago when he woke up with a stuffy nose that "Mommy, my nose isn't working- its broken". He woke me up to tell me this and I start laughing in his face. He then says "Mommy your air is stinky". One of my sons had to give a spiritual thought for a class and says he volunteered when noone else would and I said that is great so what are you going to do? Current Exercise and Weight Loss Goals. Thursday, March 22, 2012. With the heatwave we're experiencing, I started digging in my closet for some shorts/capri pants. I pulled out a cute navy pair of capris I found at the thrift store last fall for a good price. I remember struggling into them and knowing they were too tight, but I thought they were so cute I HAD to buy them! Yesterday I wore them to church for YW/Scouts and they FIT! They are a size 10! Current Exercise and Weight Loss Goals. Tuesday, February 2, 2010. February 2, 2010. Another month gone. 3 months from today is the half-marathon. January actually went really well. I did great with my first goal of just 20 minutes of exercise 5 times a week for 6 weeks. 1st week- 137 minutes. 2nd week- 217 minutes. 3rd week- 270 minutes. 4th week- 100 minutes. Mikayla and I did our long runs on Saturdays. Jan9- 2.8 miles. Jan 16- 5.2 miles. Jan 23- 6.4 miles Run, plus 1.6 mile Walk. I have struggled wit...
