Saturday, April 21, 2012. I can't believe it's been almost a year since my last post. A lot has happened and on the flip side, not much has changed. Since my June 13th post, I became the mother of a teenager. Yikes! It's been stressful, trying and sometimes I look at my son and think, "that is not the kid I gave birth to." So far I haven't killed him or caused bodily harm. I've been showing great restraint and patience. Don't let the cute face fool ya. That's another motivator for getting my ass in shape...

Monday, June 13, 2011. How did I get here? I know that I was supposed to post regularly about losing weight and all that good stuff. Well, of course I didn't do it. Monday, March 15, 2010. Update - My Knee. So I'm going to continue walking on the treadmill and doing my exercises. Hopefully my knee will be in better shape at my next appointment. These are the ugly hospital shorts I had to wear when I was having my knee x-rayed. Not cute. I will never get another cortisone shot ever again. That was the most painful experience in my life! I've had an epidural and wasn't in that much pain! My knee didn't feel better until the next day. Conversations with Darrius #179.
