Be mindful of where your ingredients came from, and try to always support your local community. It's good for the economy, and it's good for you. I buy organically and locally whenever I can and encourage every friend of mine to do the same. Take some time to appreciate the fact that you have great food. There are many who do not, whether they do not have access to organic and local food due to money or location. At AB, we know how blessed we are to be able to afford the meals that we do.
