8230;30 lane superhighway of my mind…. 20 Day Challenge: Day 17. Day 19 →. May 10, 2013. I’m pretty sure I’m over the whole “20 Day Challenge” thing. Betcha didn’t see that coming. In any case, I’m in a rush to get it done, partially because we are going on VACATION tomorrow. Yay! Of the 20 Day Challenge to Organize and Clean Your Home actually has nothing to do with the home itself. The “new habit” task is to check things off your to-do list. Um…pretty sure I’m checking thing...In any case, I’m out.

In my defense, there has been less to clean because many of the cleaning tasks involve things and rooms we don’t have. However, I have been trying really hard to keep up with the rooms we have already cleaned. I clean up and sweep the kitchen every night (is that crazy? I also try to tidy the bedroom and living room regularly. Clean the washing machine.

Hooray for checking off one more item, leaving me with 9 things left to complete instead of 10. It calls to clean, de-clutter, and organize your kids bedrooms. We don’t have kids! Granted, I do have baby fever, and I have it BAD, I am officially grateful today not to have them, because that means I get to skip this task. =P. You will just have to wait for Day 20 when I get back.

Could it be true that my little baby girl is old enough to be potty trained? For the details on it if you are interested. The first three days were HELL! She peed all over the floor for three days straight. Then, on the fourth day we stopped pumping her full of liquids and she stopped having accidents. In northeast Washington is a transitional housing space for homeless gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) youth. Eight to nine people between the ages of 16 and 24 live in the house at any given time and there is wait list of 10 to 25 more all the time. I produced this video story.
