There are 3 bedrooms in the house all furnished to the highest standard with supremely comfortable beds. All have en suite facilities supplied with toiletries from the Bath House Sedbergh, wall mounted TVs, DAB radios, coffee and tea facilities with armchairs and coffee tables. There is a very comfortable sitting room with a supply of local maps and guide books and free wi-fi facility throughout the house. Whitrigg House and Harrison House are both No Smoking properties. Full en suite bathroom.

Whittrigg House and local area. The house was owned in the early 19th Century by the Workman brothers who later emigrated to the USA one to own Alcatraz Island and the other to employ Kit Carson. He Pele Tower at the North end of the village is a remnant of the old Clifton Hall, and a reminder of the days of Scots raids from over the Border thirty miles away. Clifton, Penrith, CA10 2EE.
