Monday, November 5, 2012. It never fails every time one of my kids gets another year older I realize how fast time goes and can't believe that they are getting so big. This July Libby turned 7 and it was no different. Libby is growing up so fast it seems crazy to me. She is such a cute girl and we love her to pieces. Tate was so excited to give Libby a present that he picked out and paid for all by himself. Libby insisted on going to Build a Bear this year. Which means less work for me:).

Monday, April 22, 2013. McDaniel Family Christmas party. Wow my kids are lucky! They got to see Santa two days in a row! My moms family Christmas party was the day after the train ride. It was up the canyon at the mutual dell. We were hoping for snow so we could go sledding but we only got lots of rain:(. My kids asked for some things I had no idea they wanted! Sunday, April 7, 2013. So while we were still at the doctors office, Brad had to come relieve me so I could go to my first thyroid scan appointment. And yes, she did end up in the hospital. I took my pills for my thyroid test and did the first scan as fast as I could. Then I took Tate, who had to come with me, to my good friend Caroline's house. I was so grateful to her for watching Tate on such short notice. Then I went up to the hospital as fast as I could. Location: Pleasant Grove Pleasant Grove.

Friday, October 26, 2012. Tate played T ball this summer! When we went to sign him up he said, "Mom, we forgot to sign me up for soccer this year! Haha, I just laughed. Like we're going to do that again in the near future. T ball was good though. He liked it for the most part. All of my kids HATE the heat so sometimes that was a factor. But he had fun. Wednesday, October 3, 2012. The 4th of July is always a long day for us. We wake up a little before 6 to watch the hot air balloons take off.

Thursday, December 13, 2012. Even though school had already started, I thought this would be a fun way to end the summer. With a super messy paint party:). They started out kind of timidly painting the fence. I think they were probably shocked that I was actually letting them do this and they weren't going to get into trouble. Then they started painting themselves. Of course Timber has to do everything Tate does, so no shirt for her! This really was a blast. I think we'll have to make this a tradition.
