Who are the Brittons. 8230; the ongoing explanation of our ordinary adventures. Really, Who Are the Brittons? Fragments of) The New Normal. January 3, 2014. What do people mean when they say, ‘I am not afraid of God because I know He is good’? Have they never even been to a dentist? 8211; C.S. Lewis,. Maybe it’s too soon to write this post. Maybe there’s never a right time, like there’s never a right time to die. Where, O Death, is your sting? Here Now. Not eternally, but now. How do you meet grief?
April Is the Cruelest Month. Except. | Who are the Brittons
https://whoarethebrittons.wordpress.com/2015/04/23/april-is-the-cruelest-month-except
Who are the Brittons. 8230; the ongoing explanation of our ordinary adventures. Really, Who Are the Brittons? April Is the Cruelest Month. Except. April 23, 2015. Every April 23, I’m struck by how full and complicated this day is in my life. My mom was big on “counting up” each day–April 23 is my annual reminder that grace is a shape-shifter I don’t always recognize, but has never really left my side. I choose the hopeful complexity of thankfulness. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Keep Up With Us.

Who are the Brittons. 8230; the ongoing explanation of our ordinary adventures. Really, Who Are the Brittons? One Sentence. Every Day. May 20, 2014. I didn’t mean to say, “Oh hey, world, I’m gonna have a baby” and then disappear for two months. It kinda happened, and based on the drafts I have stored up, it’s clear I haven’t been slacking. Just not finishing. Worthy of sharing, though, is a concept I was introduced to last year and have habitually practiced since then–the one-sentence journal. Stubborn&#...

No, we didn’t actually name our baby Ebenezer Dragonsbane. His name is “Jonathan Lee,” and he goes by “Jack” for now. He’s exhausting and adorable and everything a new baby should be when his mom describes him. As for me, well, how do you become a mother without constant thinking of your own? Losing Weight in the Name of Jesus | Thinking and Such
https://thinkingandsuch.wordpress.com/2011/01/22/losing-weight-in-the-name-of-jesus
Musings on religion, culture, and maybe even a bit of art. Laquo; Thoughts on Legalism. Losing Weight in the Name of Jesus. January 22, 2011 by Michael. Was in the Sunday edition of my local paper. My dad pointed it out to me in the hopes it would bug me. Does he ever know me. You know, there’s nothing wrong with Christians losing weight. It’s good, healthy, and difficult to do. And if people are losing weight and feeling good about themselves, wonderful! I applaud them for it. Does not need to be Christ...

Who are the Beatles | The adventures of the uniting of two 1960s super groups
Who are the Beatles. Two rock bands emerged from the 1960s; each changed the world in their own right. The Beatles formed the culture for the Baby Boom, the largest number of births in history (somewhere like 1946 to 1957). The Who defined rock in the mid-‘60s, spawning what would become punk rock. Each band has lost two members. Ironically, The Who lost its bass and drummer, while the surviving Beatles are the bass and drummer. Paul McCartney – bass player and song writer – 1942 –? She has a bottomless bag of talents, qualities, and skills at her disposal. She is one of those people who seem to be good at anything! Elliot is oft a wee bit shy when you first meet her.
