I get an energy that Iso need to get going. I think I have one of the best leaders anyone could ever want. She's there to listen and help you on the goals you want to reach, and so much more. Wednesday, December 8, 2010. What's For Breakfast and My Weigh In. The new PointsPlus Weight Watchers program really works! I tested it for a week and truly love it! I lost 3.4 pounds. I used my weekly points and ate pizza out. There's no depriving yourself or going hungry on this plan. This is so the boost I needed to get back on track. As always the ingredients you use may change the point values, so make sure you check the points based on your ingredients. Apple Pie Oatmeal-Taste just like Apple Pie!

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. I am on a HIGH! A losing weight high. You can get a high that way and believe me it's such a good feeling! I went to Weight Watchers tonight and had a really good loss. (BTW we are working hard to figure out a way for me to stay in-it's my support line! Well I am off to watch the tv version of Biggest Loser! Menu Plan Monday- Sept 28-Oct 4. After many trials and error I have come up with several great recipes. Shaaazaaaam. these are awesome. 63 calories each and 1.8 points per cakeball. If you roll them in crushed cocoa almonds and omit the white chocolate dip then only 45 calories each and 1.4 ww points . Monday, June 28, 2010. Today is our first day home from the First Annual Brannon/Stroble/Somers family vacation. I, Eric, Mama, Daddy, my brother Adam, his wife Kent, and Kent's parents rented a house for a week on Edisto Island. Oh yeah, this little cutie joined us too. My brother and his wife are the proud parents of this little one. She owns a lot of my heart! I continued to lounge, unpack, and do laundry. Lunch was a freezer delight.
