Thursday, May 19, 2011. Low Calorie Cake Balls WW points 1.5 each! So I have been working diligently on making a low calorie cakeball. After many trials and error I have come up with several great recipes. Shaaazaaaam. these are awesome. 63 calories each and 1.8 points per cakeball. If you roll them in crushed cocoa almonds and omit the white chocolate dip then only 45 calories each and 1.4 ww points . Let me know what you think. 8 oz Cool Whip Free. 1 15 oz sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix.

Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Warmer weather on the way. I was able to get through breakfast with a super tasting egg white sandwich on a Thomas's light multi grain English muffin with tomatoes. I used Mrs. Dash table blend and that really made it yummy! I also ate a yoplait delights lemon yogurt, I love those, they taste like lemon meringue pie. So 5 points well spent this AM. They are so delicious right off the tree, but if you find yourself craving some apple crisp this time of year as much as I do you certainly want a recipe that will fit in your healthier eating lifestyle. this one does the trick! Monday, February 8, 2010. Yes Virginia, Full Size 1-Point Bagels really DO EXIST! Hey peeps. WOW! That was one heck of a Superbowl Game! I was rooting for the Saints, but really didn't care who won since my Black and Gold team wasn't there this year! The great news is, I gave myself a pass and am back at this morning. extra work out (already did 1 hour this am, eliptical, weights and wii fit! Which brings me to the title of my post. Yes you read it right there is a 1-point bagel that TASTES amazing!

Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Motivation and other Ramblings! I have found my groove and am really on track to "getting there! I have reorganized my days to be able to stay on a routine. I find a regular routine helps me be most successful. I am freeing up some mornings to do more on this blog. I love it but somehow it is always one of those things that gets put aside. I am gonna credit that to being a mommy martyr. I am now making a concentrated effort to do more "me things". Hope you have a great day!

Monday, June 28, 2010. Today is our first day home from the First Annual Brannon/Stroble/Somers family vacation. I, Eric, Mama, Daddy, my brother Adam, his wife Kent, and Kent's parents rented a house for a week on Edisto Island. Oh yeah, this little cutie joined us too. My brother and his wife are the proud parents of this little one. She owns a lot of my heart! I continued to lounge, unpack, and do laundry. Lunch was a freezer delight. I couldn't leave the kitchen without a little chocolate action.
