Friday, March 29, 2013. 100 pound dead lift? I've just complete the end of 2 weeks back from my virus attack and I feel really good. It was absolutely an intense workout and am proud to say that I survived the dead lift of over 100 pounds! Of course at the end, my trainer Bojan says don't go crazy for Easter."Behave yourselves!
