Whole Foodigans: Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks

http://wholefoodigans.blogspot.com/2011/05/gluten-free-mozzarella-sticks.html

Saturday, May 14, 2011. Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks. They may not be pretty, but they're delicious! If you can have dairy, you must make these. RIGHT NOW. Go ahead and get the ingredients, I'll wait. Back? Ok, here you go. The original recipe came from here. But, as the Whole Foodigans are wont to do, I tweaked it a bit, but I'm still not calling myself a "tweaker". ;). Mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks or chunks or whatever strikes your fancy. Fine flour like rice or sorghum (I used sorghum).

http://wholefoodigans.blogspot.com/2011/06/8-ball-zucchini-pockets.html

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Melanie and I started brainstorming and together we came up with the recipe below. Live Simply, Love Strongly. Sunday, February 27, 2011. 1/2 c sucanat (or sugar). 1/3 c butter (I used coconut oil instead, I'm sure canola or even olive oil would work too). 3 T cacao powder (or cocoa powder). 1 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 c cooked garbanzo, White Northern, or black beans. Or 1 can (make sure to rinse and drain them). Live Simply Love Strongly. Friday, February 18, 2011. Did you seriously just say that? And the chicken says, "An Excellent Source of Happiness.". Live Simply, Love Strongly: Repurposing Project #7: Skirt

http://livesimplylovestrongly.blogspot.com/2011/06/repurposing-project-7-skirt.html

Live Simply, Love Strongly. Thursday, June 2, 2011. Repurposing Project #7: Skirt. A sarong skirt from a garage sale, cut and added pleats, attached to the band of a pair of maternity pants. Very comfy, and very cool in hot weather. It was pretty much free, except for the 2 needles I broke on the sewing machine making it. Lesson learned: Beware of the metal buttons on the front of a pair of jeans! To come, Chili's matching dress. Live Simply Love Strongly. June 2, 2011 at 8:34 PM. View my complete profile.

Live Simply, Love Strongly. Saturday, March 26, 2011. 1 lb ground beef. Put in pan, ground beef and onion first, then carrot, ginger, and cabbage and sprouts towards the end so they are only partially cooked. Put mix in egg roll wrappers. Fry in sesame oil. Yum! Live Simply Love Strongly. Thursday, March 24, 2011. To start with, the word cowl isn't at all appealing to me. Doesn't sound fun, sophisticated, or like anything I would want to put around my neck. But I was inspired by this. Sitting Up and More.

Live Simply, Love Strongly. Tuesday, June 7, 2011. A Good Anytime Meal: Potatoes with veggies. Chili likes a little smile to start off the day. She thinks everything is better with ketchup :). This is a common breakfast meal (and sometimes my lunch if there's leftovers). The ingredients are pretty basic, you might have most of them in your fridge, and if you don't, be creative! Live Simply, Love Strongly. Monday, January 31, 2011. Animal, Vegetable Miracle Thoughts: Bacteria and Dirt. Bacteria. Yuck, right? Make you sick, right? Except for the good ones. Strains that can be helpful. But have you ever noticed? Dirt Yuck. Nobody wants that in their house. Get it out. Out! And certainly don't get it on your clothes or put your hands in it. What? Food comes out of that? Certainly we can't eat that. It's DIRTY! Better buy your food from the grocery store where they sell clean food.

Thriving Without: Refried Beans with Coconut Oil

http://thrivingwithout.blogspot.com/2011/03/refried-beans-with-coconut-oil.html

Friday, March 4, 2011. Refried Beans with Coconut Oil. Yummy I love refried beans. I don't love the additives and preservatives. I haven't had much success cooking beans from dried, but my Whole Foodigans. Friends were talking about soaking and cooking beans, so I thought I'd give it a whirl again. Tonight, I heated up some coconut oil, threw some of the cooked pinto beans in, added chili powder and salt to taste, and used my Pampered Chef Mix N Chop. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Food Fitness. Family. Posted by Sarah Robertson on Sunday, November 14, 2010. Got something to say? I woke up yesterday with a craving for bagels but we didn’t have any so toast with peanut butter it was. As the day went on my craving for bagels didn’t go away so I decided I should just make them myself. I’ve been wanting to make bagels for awhile now but never got around to it. I always thought it looked like a difficult process that I didn’t want to bother with. Here’s what you’ll need:. 10 Arrange the...

WholeFoodie Kitchen

A blog dedicated to the love of my kitchen life, my little thermomix. Monday, April 15, 2013. Since we ventured back to school in January I've been trying a couple of different lunchbox treats, to try and ensure that the sweet stuff my boys devour during the day packs a fair whack of nutritional punch whilst also being delicious. I love slices because they're that little bit quicker than biscuits. If I can turn a biscuit into a slice, I will! 160g dried fruit (I use craisins, apricots, dates and sultanas).

My journey on eating well and feeling great

My journey on eating well and feeling great. Monday, October 24, 2011. My thoughts on reaching a sustainable and healthy weight. Here are my before and after pictures:. I am not qualified to say the following definitely works but here are some thoughts:. Don't entertain yourself with food when you are alone. Enjoy feasts (with meat, dessert, alcohol etc.) when it serves as a social lubricant. That is: when you go out with your friends you don't need to hold back. This will make your happy by giving you p...
