This was a huge hit last Christmas. I have always loved Christmas pudding but didn’t eat it for a few years after going WPFB (whole foods plant-based). My sister made this pudding for Christmas 2013 and it was dairy free, egg free, fat free… and delicious! 1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.
