Its been 9 days since I started the strict Paleo diet. Here’s what I learned so far:. 1 Staying away from grains is not that hard. I just need to plan my meals/restaurant choices. If worst comes to worst there is always salad at most restaurants. I am going to work harder on this part of it this week.

Get and Stay Fit. Boring blog where I log my workouts for myself, with some self inspiration and motivation now and then too. Sanctity of the Body. Saturday, August 15, 2015. Aug 10 - 15 (2 weeks old). My angel baby is 2 weeks old today, he is so freakin' cute! 12 minutes of planks and 100 deadlifts with 20, 25, and 30 lb dumbbells, then 400 walking lunges in the evening in the basement. 2 mile walk/jog/run, took me 27:30. 1 mile walk, 1 minute center planks 3x, 60 deadlifts BFL style. Life with 10 Kids.
