Newer posts →. Throw Kindness Like Confetti {a bulletin board freebie}. October 19, 2016. Looking for an awesome bulletin board you can leave up all year? I’ll just be honest, I’m not great at keeping up with bulletin boards. I have a Pinterest board. Full of beautiful ideas, but when it comes to actually putting them together it’s just always the last thing on my list. So I always love a good board that doesn’t need to be changed regularly. You can grab the gold glitter letters free by clicking here.

Markers and Mascara: Summer Flashback: Tell All Tuesday
http://markersandmascara.blogspot.com/2015/06/summer-flashback-tell-all-tuesday.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Summer Flashback: Tell All Tuesday. We are very blessed to have been raised, where family time was a top priority. Our families took lots of trips and experienced several exciting vacations throughout our childhoods. Thinking about all of the "flashbacks" from our childhood summers was such fun! It was very late and we were sitting around a fire pit, so please excuse the blurriness and red eyes. HA! These girlies are some of our most favorite peeps! We love you, Linds, Mer, and Mo.

http://markersandmascara.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 14, 2014. We've Been BEARY Busy. It's been FOREVER since we've posted. It's funny how sometimes a classroom can fill up your whole plate. Blogging gets lost in the middle of fundraisers, field trips, holidays, report cards, assessments, Red Ribbon Week…and teaching 18 kindergarteners! Since our last post we've finished learning all letters, tons of sight words, and are even tackling addition and subtraction. Our kinders are amazing us with what they have mastered. Let Them be Little: My Back to School Ramblings. The time has come my friends. Summer is quickly coming to an end for me and before I know it I will be. It is during the end of July early August that I start to think about myself as a teacher. I think about the classes I have had and the lessons I have learned. I start to prepare myself for the new year ahead. Yes, that is right! So I always try to. Let them be little. Let them ask questions. Let them talk to their peers. Let them problem solve. We leave...

End of the Year Festivities. It's the final countdown. We have six days left of this school year and as I look at my lesson plans I think "special activity" will be a staple of our schedule from here on out. Our school mascot are owls so I thought the owl ribbon was a perfect touch to finish the gift. The saying says, "Hands down your help was appreciated! Especially helps some of our friends with the first grade jitters). Download the paper we use, In Kindergarten you will, here. Labels: End of the Year.
