We got to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with the Tweed Families. This family holds a special place in our hearts and it was so great to spend a whole day visiting and watching all the kids play together! Our girls and all the David and Melissa Tweed kiddos. Molly, Iley, Abby, Sydney, Ian, Liam and Gracie. What a great day we had!

Thursday, April 16, 2015. We enjoyed a fabulous trip sans kid to Montana this past weekend. It's been YEARS since we have been away for more than a night or two. Andrew had the chance to participate in a colloquium for a group out there and they invited me to join. We were treated to fabulous dinners and even a tour of a ranch. Wednesday, September 04, 2013. I know I have dropped off the face of the earth. It's been quite the transition in our family. E is doing great but I'm exhausted. :). In reality, we are always working towards healing for our children who have all experienced trauma in their young year(s). Our home feels like chaos sometimes and I sometimes wish for "normal" (whatever that is) but I am thankful that this is the journey God has called us, too. Links to this post. In other news, the girls are all on Spring Break this week, we don't have much planned but the weather is supposed to be beautiful this week so I am hoping to send them to the backyard. a lot :). One of my BFF's from college came for a visit to meet Max and we got to have a girl day of shopping together! Lovin' the Bumbo. sort of!

Thursday, September 22, 2011. I had to get some pictures of Miss Molly in her favorite outfit - not only is it hilarious and super cute, but also represents her personality pretty well. I saw a very pretty photo of a little girl in her tutu and cowgirl boots on etsy. That I wanted to get for Molly's room, but it has since disappeared. =( Oh well, Molly is cuter and has cuter boots! And since I don't have Amanda. Elijah gets in on the dancing fun, too. I think he's an airplane here. These are GREAT, Jules!
