Yesterday I was feeling a bit stir crazy so I knew I had to get out and explore but I also didn’t want to drive too far so I decided to head out to Kamiak Butte again. It’s only 30 minutes away and with all my picture taking only takes a few hours to complete. I could probably cut that time by an hour if I didn’t have to take 400 pictures😉. I fell in love with the colors on these leaves, so stunning and unique. Also, the bird I thought was just an ordinary blackbird but once he turned in the sun I was in awe of the beautiful colors. I try to get out for a walk every night to clear my mind at the end of the day and also to capture the sunset. Each one is different, sometimes brilliant, sometimes subtle. Clouds and colors fill the sky as nature creates stunning pictures in the sky. This is one of my favorite shots, makes me think of Gone with the Wind.
