My son noticed this morning that the eggs were in a different place! Sure enough, the healthy eggs were moved to a new leaf by mom and dad. they are doing a really good job for their first time! So i came home late last night from my long weekend away and found that my angelfish had laid eggs on a leaf. I had friends at fishlore confirm that Lemon is the male. Basic progression i have been told:. Day 2-3 you will see wigglers. Day 4-5 you will see eyes and the eggs sacks are slowly going away (they eat this until free swimming). Day 6-7 free swimmers. 55 Gallon Plant List.

I am so glad that the kids were home, they had JUST walked in the door from school. Thursday, September 10, 2009. I woke up late and bleary eyed.stumbled around turning on tank lights and doing a bit of a head count. i discovered FRY in my 25 gallon tank. I didnt even know the swordtail was pregnant again! She didnt look it! I scooped one.then two.mama goes swimming by and drops another! I have 4 two week old baby platys on the small side and 6 three month old toddler swordtails.
