Wedges from the sweet side of life. Friday, May 14, 2010. I Am Officially Married. Okay, Joe and I have really been married for getting close to one year now, but I have been ushered into womanhood. I have cooked a whole chicken. But about two weeks ago, I took the plunge and bought a whole four pound roasting chicken. I felt proud. I took it home, stuck it in the freezer, and waited for the courage to pull it out, thaw it, and figure out how in the heck to cook the thing. Links to this post.
