Changing habits at free time. March 28, 2015 at 9:26 am. Usually, when people get bored, they do different activities to reduce stress. There are good activities and activities that make us lose time and mind. I try to stop going to Facebook and YouTube many times; but I fail to do it. Therefore, they try hard to help other. Mostly, they reply YES but NO inside. I used to experience the same experiences over and over again. April 8, 2015 at 7:13 am. Life is short, we don’t know what will happen and when it will end. Therefore, we must do our best so that we won’t regret later on. Do things with intention and goal. Without go our life just flow based on the wind that blow, the wind can blow us into any direction as it wants us to go. Listen to your inner, many people ignore it. They feel uncomfortable; but they ignore it and do what they used to do. At the end, they end up with regret or unsatisfied life. Learn to say NO.
