Vit E is an important antioxidant because it protects us from free radicals, boosts our immunity, and may lower the risk of heart disease. Apparently, grass and clover have 20 times more vitamin E than either corn or soy. There is 3 to 6 times more vit. E in grass-fed versus grain-fed meat. The more that is in the feed, the more that is in the meat. Grass-fed meat is higher in carotenoids.
