Tuesday, June 15. LushhFRIDAY goes to FLEA! I just came back from my first ever pilates lesson and i dont know how im ever gg to keep it up. Its sooo hard to do especialy when ur a hippo like me! I've been enjoying my 2 off days and I've decided that for this month n the next Im just gg to take it easy n enjoy the off days that I have instead of changing it away for work. Im not gg to waste the off days slothng aroound though- Im gg to get things done! The day started early so we had breakfast in the car!

Monday, May 9, 2011. Life after Suboccipital Decompression. It's been 7 months since surgery. I've had lots of ups and downs. Mostly ups! Some the downs however, revolve around me physically getting back into exercise. It's been a significant challenge . my body just needs that slow and steady until I get back into the hardcore-ness, but it's so hard. I signed up for a half marathon in November - running is about one of the only things that doesn't absolutely kill me or leave me in absolute pain for days.
