Holiday Courtyard – Why Not? BELLYDANCE

I Want to Perform. May 26, 2016. Vending, workshops, and the evening show will be held at the Holiday Courtyard. Please note the surface is pavers and cement, so please bring dance shoes for the workshops. Also there is a sunshade over the instruction area but rays will still get through, so Beat the Heat by wearing sunscreen. In case of rain, classes will be held at the Flying Nest Studio, less than a block away from the Holiday Courtyard.

I Want to Perform. May 6, 2016. Prescott is Arizona’s first territorial capitol. It played an important role in the states history largely due to it’s mineral wealth to be found in the Bradshaw Mountains (a very similar story to Bisbee, the Beat the Heat birthplace).

I Want to Perform. May 6, 2016. Is a troupe of tribal dancers based in Prescott, Arizona. While we are primarily improvisational with our eye on sweet group movement, we occasionally like to throw in a choreography to express a mood and bring humor or drama into our performances. Our origins are Troupe Salamat, headed for over a decade by Terri Walden. Our troupe first attended Beat the Heat in Bisbee back in 2014 and loved it so much we wanted to keep the spirit alive by bringing THE HEAT to Prescott.
