Friday, September 11, 2009. Weather for the next few days not looking too flash, Monday should see the welcome return of some sunny skies. Fishing been a bit up and down. Last Saturday was 1 of the poorest days fishing I can remember. Thursday brought in a few good sized snapper, Gurnard, even a groper and managed to hook a couple of really large Baracudas in the Firth, unusual, but they chomped through the nylon trace lines just at the surface. Fingers crossed for some settled weather in the new week.
