Goals are important to have, for if you aim at nothing, you achieve nothing. Key is goals, is keeping simple. Goal loose 100 pounds. Well you did not gain over night, you will not loose over night. Make it your goal to loose 10 pounds a month. In a year you will then have lost 120 pounds. Where do you see yourself in a year?

Like sands thro the hour glass. Time is not on any ones side. Time plays no favorites. Time is not predujuice. We all have been given the same amount of time. What we do with our time. We make choices each day, each moment. How do you use your time? Never know when your time is up. It will be up for all. What will you be doing?
