New Patients / About Us. Specialized Types of Care. When you first come into the office, you will be welcomed by a friendly member of our staff. Next, you will fill out some paperwork on your health history and current symptoms, and a photocopy of your insurance card will be taken. Once your paperwork has been completed, Dr. Meaghan will take you into a private treatment room to review your health history and discuss your particular symptoms and concerns.
