Still Waters Run No Mills. Random stuff, from me. At age 32 I got LASIK. Despite the fact that it was awfully, intensely, painful (once the numbing drops wore off; “feels like grit in your eyes”, my ass), it was an amazing benefit to my life. I don’t worry about glasses (breaking them, can I wear them for what I want to do? Or contacts (see above; hated those things). Two weeks ago I had a work trip to Europe and found that your can buy negative diopter glasses there without a prescription. Uh-mazing!

You can ask the teacher questions during your rest hour, or in a half hour question period before bed. That’s it as far as communication goes. So my husband and I have gotten pretty good at the childcare coordination dance, and having an older kid certainly helps as well. But this week, we had, as they they say on teh interwebs, a Fail.
