Wiggins Place - How to Apply. Please call Nancy Sutula at 216-831-2881 for an informational interview and personal tour. Prospective tenants should complete an Application for Admission. For your convenience, the application is available online in PDF format. Click here for the application. Print the file, complete it, and return it to Wiggins Place. There is a $50 application fee. No person will be denied admission on the basis of race, color, sex, religion or national origin.
