Saturday, April 28, 2012. Today is a weigh-day! Is it lame I get excited about them these days? Maybe Ha. Regardless, I like to see my progress! This week was pretty good, though I only worked out a couple of days. I'm on my period, so my weigh-in isn't 100% accurate. I retain water like CUH-RAZY on period weeks, so next week should reflect my progress slightly better. Vance lost 0.7 lbs this week! He didn't eat very well, which he admits.). I lost 0.7 lbs this week! But progress is progress, right?

Thursday, January 15, 2009. Worked out for 53 minutes today. I weigh myself before I workout and after. The week after I wrote the last entry, the hubs and I went on a week long vacation with my parents, sisters, and maternal grandparents to Avon, NC, which is on Hatteras Island of the Outerbanks.
