We managed to hold off the rain today for Monday bootcamp, but Tuesday bootcamp please make note of the rule we follow: whatever it is doing 30 minutes prior to start of bootcamp, this is what we go with - e.g. if it is raining in torrents, or if we have thunder at 6:30, then we will not meet at 7:00 am. Exercise sends a fresh supply of oxygen through your body and flips your mood for the better. So, start slowly by doing a few twists and maybe even a sun salutation to open up your chest and ease the flow of oxygen. And then what? Haul it to bootcamp! Getting in the veggies. Veggies are so much easier to eat when paired with a great dip. Have you ever made homemade hummus? Dip your veggies in it.
