Valley Kid Stuff: Granby Public Library, Granby, MA
http://valleykidstuff.blogspot.com/2009/04/granby-public-library-granby-ma.html
Granby Public Library, Granby, MA. The room is small and cramped, but has a well cared for and friendly feeling. A large table had coloring sheets and library information, but it was being used more as a work surface during my visit there. There was an adult sized chair that I sat in to nurse the baby, but in a small space it's hard to create true privacy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sites to check out:. All Things New England. Valley Kid Stuff: D.A.R. State Park, Goshen, MA
http://valleykidstuff.blogspot.com/2009/08/dar-state-park-goshen-ma.html
DAR State Park, Goshen, MA. Our initial experience at the DAR. The lessons from this trip were not really what we were hoping to communicate to our youngsters about nature. Well, we found an awesome place to camp the next year, Tully Lake. That's another post altogether. My recent visit to the DAR was a day trip to visit my brother. We used the camper's beach and had a wonderful time. I swam on this lake during the summers when I attended Camp Howe, the 4H camp in Goshen. It's still gorgeous! Thank you f...

http://valleykidstuff.blogspot.com/2011/09/laurel-loop-trail-at-notch-amherst-ma.html
Laurel Loop Trail at the Notch, Amherst, MA. This is one of my very favorite hikes with the kids because it's super short (.75 miles), it's a loop, so there is no whining about turning around, the trail is well kept, it's right near the Eric Carle Museum and Atkins, and if you worry about being isolated, you don't have to worry much here. http://valleykidstuff.blogspot.com/2009/08/beachgrounds-park-south-hadley-ma.html
Beachgrounds Park, South Hadley, MA. I first heard about this new park because they had a big opening day festival. I was later reminded of it by an acquaintance, Julie Ross of Belchertown, who took her two children to Beachgrounds in July and was pleased with the park, though not the restrooms. But there was plenty of room on the day of our visit. From several articles ( here's one. August 10, 2009 at 10:19 AM. Thank you for the good review! July 4, 2010 at 9:28 PM. Valley Kid Stuff: Look Park, Northampton MA
http://valleykidstuff.blogspot.com/2009/03/look-park-northampton-ma.html
Look Park, Northampton MA. Is beautiful. You'll have to pay a $4 fee per car as you enter. Then you can park wherever you like. There are a LOT of activities here. Corn from a little machine costs 50 cents. A path leads through a wooded area lined with animal exhibits. Bald Eagles, sheep, owls, mountain goats, peacocks, chickens, more. The animals are well cared for, but the area is not too fancy. Small, large, and extra large):. And near the train station. Running by for rock throwing. The kids LOVE it.

Midianite Manna: July 2006
http://midianitemanna.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
And the manna fluttered about her calves with its flavour exposed. Thursday, July 06, 2006. Making a Jewish Home. During my conversion last fall, one of the wise people on my bet din asked me, "so tell me, what makes a Jewish home? The neighborhood cats are getting fed, but I've asked everyone else to stay away until we're in better order. Unfortunately, with the exhaustion and stress and expense of all this refurbishing and moving, we've also lost the one piece I took for granted last fall:. Because the...
