Mini Excursion to Mt Tom. Just a quick check in. If your looking for a good, short hike, Mt Tom in Litchfield is great. There is a stone tower at the top that was just re-built and it has awesome views from Long Island Sound up to Mt Race in the Berkshires. We had just a little time and Kady is off to the Appalachian Trail with her new venture crew. We missed her today! For this trip below are a couple of views. Sixty acres of fields for pasture and our own certified weedfree grass hay. Boarded horses receive the same excellent care as our own horses. Pasture or home grown grass hay twice a day, free choice minerals, and good clean water! Horses are checked often. Boarding includs use of riding arenas. $250 / month pasture - $400 / month stall with run - $15 / day.
