One bite at a time. Here are some tips and ideas to get you going:. Start your morning with a kale smoothie. Note: if you have IBS or thyroid issues monitor your intake of kale. Try more easily digestible baby kale, or skip the smoothie and stick to cooked kale. Avoid junk food in the afternoon. Drink a gallon of water per day.
