I got these sausages from a market stall in Bury St Edmunds called Wild Game Meat Ltd. They import game meat sausages from Lithuania and have an amazing range; elk, deer, wild boar and even beaver! The forest would want - something Ray Mears could whip up while Bear Grylls was abseiling down a cliff face hunting for scorpions to bbq.
