From the Seattle airport I headed straight to Obstruction Point Rd at the top of Hurricane Ridge Rd on the Olympic peninsula, thanks to Jon Hall for the tip on finding Olympic Marmots there. It was late in the afternoon and I drove 5-6 miles in without any luck. But the next morning I found several about 1/4 mile past the “real” pull off on the left, maybe five miles in.
