We brought Cochin, Welsummer, Silkie and Buff Orpington chickens from Somerset, but have since added Cuckoo Maran and strange banty chickens, Khaki Campbell and 1 Aylesbury ducks, and a Goose. Duane Erickson was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Duane showed great artistic ability at an early age and won several art contests in Elementary, Junior and Senior High School. Went on to the Alberta College of Art and took 2 years at the University of Calgary. He went freelance, doing a variety of jobs including Desktop Publishing, Graphic’s, Photography, Illustrations and started his own printing and sign companies.
