Tuesday, August 16, 2005. A fire burns intermitently. Belief is diluted, pale and weak. By a future of greyness, stale and bleak. Routine, grinds away, till when it turns dark. You lie in the shadows and hope for a spark. A handclap, a lightning crash, a scream or a shout. Cold water thrown on you, lifting you out. Of the daze, the daydream, your life has become. Making you feel, like before you were numb. Stop collecting your friendships like badges you wear. Show you can smile and show you can laugh.

Friday, July 14, 2006. Time on my hands. Or is saying 'I am shit' dressing up 'I am lazy' in a more presentable way? When I looked at second life I thought wow! I can justify though, in a far simpler way, Which would you rather do? Go and sit in a crap pub, paying over inflated prices with some people you barely know, flinching everytime a voice is raised or indulge your every whim and pleasure at the tip of your fingers? I dunno. I miss the pub. Posted by tangerinedream at 2:49 AM. Time on my hands.

Thursday, March 16, 2006. Lawns are rubbish - I went past a big housing estate on the train and shuddered at the number of lawns. Flat, green, damp and sodden. Blades of grass, pointless, downtrodden. Too small to play football and have any fun. Prone to drying and burning in sun. Better than concrete, but not by much. Give me a tree or give me a bush. A dense mass of wild unkempt growth. I'm not ashamed that I'd like to boast. Of the least well kept garden in my road. I like dust, rust and tangle. Naugh...

Saturday, May 07, 2005. Thoughts in two parts-. A new discovery, a place to hide. A drip of water. A time when only the sun can dictate to me. What I should do. I have nothing to feel. Contentment is the absolute obliteration of thought. You cannot lose because. All that you hold is fragile,. So let it go. Unless you are trying give shelter-. Then take it in to the warmth of your home. Show it the light. Till the storm passes away. A memory of a night in the rain. Mingles with earthy smells from animals.
