My dear friend, Jamie is on bedrest with her 4th child. I went over today to give her a pedicure and visit with her. After a few hours we were wrapping up and I was getting ready to head home when she asked me if Ava had a vanity. Um.no! So, she told me she had on that I was welcome to if I didn't mind cleaning it. Heck, yeah! So, we carted it home, washed it good with some Lysol and a toothbrush (for those hard to reach areas) and set it up in her bedroom. She's in heaven! Posted by Lyndee Wilkerson.

Thanks to Macey's awesome case-lot sale and my bank account which is now $200 lighter.I can say I'm on my way to feeling more at peace. I am nowhere near where I should be.but my shelves are overflowing (there are some cases on the floor in the basement) and I will sleep well tonight knowing I'm doing my best to be obedient. 24 cans fancy cut green beans. 24 cans whole kernel corn. 24 giant cups o' noodles. 24 cans red kidney beans.

Woke up to a world of white. The entire day was filled with wind, snow flurries and cold. Ava said, "it's almost Christmas time! And she's right.it's coming fast. Ava hates when I go anywhere alone. June 29, 2013. Saturday we spent at the pool with Aubre and her family. Ava is so a-typical of Sean. She loves the water and would stay in all day if I let her. Sean is just barely getting comfortable in the water. Following the pool, we hit Aubre's house for a BBQ and then walked over to the park for fireworks! A fun tradition that we do every year. April 26, 2013. April 16, 2013. Zermatt Resort and Spa. Angie and Chris invited us to spend a night at the Zermatt Resort and Spa in Midway. They were there for a foster parent seminar and wanted the spend time with us afterwards. So, after convincing Mom to come watch the kidlets (Ava was surprisingly good when we left) we headed off to Midway! The room was awesome, the view was fabulous and the hotel was amazing! It was seriously such a fun weekend. Just what we needed to take our minds off taxes!

December 31, 2012. End of the Year! We spent New Years Eve at the Coe's house. Seriously love LOVE hanging out with that family! I brought some delicious potato and cheese soup and Trent made some meatballs. Pink frosting cookies and quiche? It was fun to see the kids fall asleep early. Poor Faith was out like a light and Jamie was FINALLY able to get Hope to sleep. Love those two little angels! December 30, 2012. Ava loves to call Terrin, and then when he looks at her, she hides her face and giggles.
