It’s finally here! February 25, 2008. I can’t hardly believe that our launch is finally here, I still remember talking to Mike over a year ago about being a part of this church plant. We have come so far! Like Kristan said God has confirmed in so many ways that he is for this thing to happen and when God is for us nothing can be against us! March 1, 2008. Tommorrow is the launch! It’s gonna be awesome! The past couple weeks i’ve been thinking alot about the importance of being desperate for God. We as a church are really at the point where we need to be desperate for God to do something amazing! I think as we live our lives in desperation for God we can experience a joy that surpasses all understanding. I want to always live a life of desperation for God where nothing else gets in the way! August 7, 2007. Well last week I sucessfully finished my first week of work. It has been really good getting adjusted to working 9-5, I will start working 9-7:30 in a few weeks on M,W,TH,F. This is really the only schedule I can work since I have class at Southeastern on Tuesday’s. I’m looking forward to getting into this schedule and for UNCG to start so our college ministry to kick off! Filed in The Patio. July 26, 2007. I am a little embarrassed about that and I am sorry I have not kept up with this commitment. You know things that you have on your “to do list” that always need to get done but they are so easy to forget? Blogging is one of them for me. Back to the drawing board :. ANALYSIS AND REVELATION OF GOD’S DESIGNS. Good Morning. I’m sitting here sipping my coffee and enjoying the posts of my siblings. God has taught me a lot over the past couple weeks. Perhaps more about myself in two weeks than I’ve learned in the past year total. I knew I wasn’t a very patient person, and I have been conscienciously working on it for a long time, but the areas that filters into weren’t aware to me until I was brutally held accountable. Constantly trying to please Him. September 6, 2007. It is beyond me. I didn’t realize how much teaching would hurt. It’s only been a week and a few days and I already want to fix everything in those kids’ lives. It sucks having to face reality and know that some kids won’t let you help them no matter how much they need it. I’m clearly not getting married anytime soon! And never gets to see my kids?
