Franklin classic cars visit Carriage Museum. June 21, 2016. The Franklin Car Club visited the Northwest Carriage Museum in Raymond today for a tour and banquet. The group is on their annual Westrek summer tour putting these classic cars through their paces. “These cars were built for transportation”, says Ed English of San Luis Obispo, California, and that’s just what they do with them.
